In this session, we focus on one thing: getting you clear on the impact you want to have and what to do about it. In this session, you will work with a coach to:

We believe that the best leadership is not a check-the-box exercise, but something you return to, in real situations, again and again. For leaders who recognize the importance of practice, we're currently forming our Impact Rising Labs (IRL). IRL are regular working sessions where intentional leadership meets real life situations in a supportive environment.
