Kimberly Davis
Instigator of Positive Impact
Kimberly is the author of Brave Leadership and the one responsible for dragging the Super Objective out of the theater and into real life. She’s been teaching leaders at Southern Methodist University since 2009, which means she’s seen how much people want to make a real impact… and how quickly that gets tested the moment real life kicks in.
​
She believes in something that sounds simple but is surprisingly rare in practice: that, with the right support, people can choose how they show up, even when it’s hard, and that the ripple effect of one situation, one person, one impact at a time is where real, lasting change begins.
​
And because she’s idealistic enough to think it’s possible, and crazy enough to try, Atlas Rising is her way of putting it to the test.

Tim Sutton
Architect of Possibility
(and Occasional Chaos)
Tim is the technical and strategic force behind the Super Objective tool, shaping not just how it works, but how it thinks.
A true maverick, he moves between consulting, strategy, screenwriting, photography, and teaching at Southern Methodist University without asking permission from any traditional lane.

He doesn’t just build systems, he stress-tests them, breaks them, and rebuilds them better. Atlas Rising carries his fingerprints everywhere… especially in the parts that refuse to behave like normal software.

Kenneth Jon Sangalang
Operational Backbone
Kenneth has been working alongside Kimberly since 2021 and is the quiet engine that keeps everything moving. He runs much of the backend tech, supports the community, and somehow manages to hold the threads together when things get messy.
​
If Atlas Rising feels seamless, it’s probably because Kenneth touched it. If Kimberly seems sane, it’s definitely because Kenneth intervened.
